Gregory Hines – Liver Cancer


Gregory Hines was a talented actor and dancer, who made his debut film in the 1981 comedy film History of the World, Part I. This movie was written, directed, and produced by the iconic Mel Brooks. His natural charm and brilliant performance in this film were critically acclaimed. To some degree, this launched his career to greater heights, landing him in roles like The Cotton Club, White Nights, and Waiting to Exhale.

Later on, he had his own show The Gregory Hines Show. He also portrayed Ben Doucette in Will and Grace. Unfortunately, he passed away in 2003 due to liver cancer. He was just 57 at that time.
